• Skill Level: Learning basic movements and techniques; may struggle with form or
consistency.
• Goals: Often focused on building a foundation, learning how to use equipment, developing a routine, and improving overall fitness.
• Workouts: Typically includes bodyweight exercises, light weights, and foundational movements. Emphasis on learning proper form and technique.

Improver (Intermediate)
• Experience: Has been consistently working out for about 6 months to 2 years.
• Skill Level: More comfortable with gym equipment and basic exercises; starting to incorporate more complex movements.
• Goals: Building strength, endurance, and muscle definition. May have specific fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, or performance improvement.
• Workouts: Incorporates a mix of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and possibly some higher intensity workouts. May start using progressive overload to continue seeing results.

• Experience: Has been training consistently for over 2 years and likely has a strong understanding of fitness concepts.
• Skill Level: Proficient in various exercises and training modalities; can perform complex lifts and techniques with good form.
• Goals: Often focused on specific performance goals (e.g., powerlifting, bodybuilding, athletic performance) or advanced techniques (e.g., supersets, drop sets).
