how did it all started?
When I first started training, my goal was solely to improve my appearance.
However, through my experiences and the incredible women I’ve had the privilege to work with, I’ve realized that resistance training is about so much more than just how you look—it’s about how you feel about yourself and your place in the world.
Training has transformed my life in every aspect. I’ve become stronger, more disciplined, and have cultivated a deep sense of self-love and confidence.
My purpose
My purpose is to teach you how to train effectively and confidently, including how to use gym equipment safely and efficiently.
I aim to inspire and support you on your journey to empowerment, helping you not only achieve your fitness goals but also develop a positive relationship with yourself.
